Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 3 August 2026
Last reviewed: 3 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of fastrecovery.ae and enquiries submitted to FAST RECOVERY for vehicle recovery and roadside assistance in Dubai.

1. Website operator

FAST RECOVERY is the brand and website operator used for vehicle-recovery enquiries through fastrecovery.ae. These terms do not state that the operator is incorporated or registered.

2. Website use

You may review services and general recovery guidance, call or WhatsApp, voluntarily share a location and submit an enquiry. Unlawful use, automated abuse, false enquiries, malicious uploads and attempts to interfere with the website are prohibited.

3. Enquiry is not automatic acceptance

Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message or making a phone enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed service booking. A service is confirmed only when FAST RECOVERY accepts the request and confirms the relevant service scope, pickup information, destination and price.

4. Information supplied by customers

You are responsible for accurately describing the location, vehicle, condition, visible damage, access, destination and contact details. Incomplete or inaccurate details may change the equipment, recovery method, scope, price or timing.

5. Service availability

Service availability depends on location, traffic, vehicle condition, road or parking access, equipment suitability and recovery-vehicle availability. Coverage and arrival times are not guaranteed.

6. Pricing

Price should be confirmed before dispatch where possible. Additional work should be explained before it proceeds. Scope may change when actual access or vehicle condition differs, payment methods are confirmed directly, and website content is not a fixed quotation unless expressly stated.

7. Safety and emergency services

FAST RECOVERY is not a substitute for Police, Ambulance, Civil Defence or road-authority instructions. Follow official UAE emergency and road-accident guidance where there is immediate danger, injury, fire or a major obstruction.

8. Vehicle access and authority

By requesting assistance, you confirm that you are authorised to request service for the vehicle and can provide lawful access, keys or other required permission.

9. Personal belongings

Remove cash, documents, electronics, medication and valuables where safely possible. Responsibility for belongings should be confirmed within the agreed service terms and applicable law.

10. Vehicle condition and loading

The method depends on the actual vehicle condition. Hidden damage may not be identifiable before loading, manufacturer instructions may affect transport, and the method may change after inspection. Material changes should be explained.

11. Workshop and destination

You select or approve the destination and should ensure it is open and able to receive the vehicle. FAST RECOVERY does not guarantee the quality of unaffiliated workshops; their services are governed by their own terms.

12. Website guides

Guide content is general information and does not replace emergency instructions, manufacturer guidance, insurer requirements, police directions or inspection of the actual vehicle. Read the Website Disclaimer.

13. Intellectual property

The FAST RECOVERY brand name, logo, original website copy, page design and owned or licensed images are protected as applicable. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

14. External links

External links are provided for convenience or authority references. FAST RECOVERY does not control external websites.

15. Website availability

The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Uninterrupted digital service is not guaranteed.

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FAST RECOVERY is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, external websites, unavailable digital services or inaccurate information supplied by a user.

17. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the competent courts of Dubai, subject to any mandatory law that applies.

18. Changes

Material revisions will update the review date.
